Please read these terms carefully before using BoatNow.
By using BoatNow you agree to the terms below. These terms may be updated occasionally — the current version always lives at this URL.
Bookings
Bookings are a contract between you and the boat owner. BoatNow acts as the marketplace and payment agent.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each boat listing.
Conduct on board
You agree to follow the captain's instructions and all applicable maritime laws. Owners may end a trip early for safety reasons without refund.
Liability
BoatNow's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. Owners carry the insurance required by law.
