BoatNow does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising tags, heatmap or session-recording tools, or any other analytics or marketing tracking script. On a fresh visit to boatnow.gr, no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are set.

Partner referral attribution (bn_ref) — status
We are documenting bn_ref here factually and transparently. We are not claiming that it is exempt from consent requirements. Whether this partner-attribution storage requires prior consent under Greek and EU ePrivacy rules is subject to a separate legal and consent assessment, which is in progress. If that assessment concludes that consent is required, we will introduce a consent mechanism for it and update this page before continuing to rely on it.
bn_ref is only created if you arrive through a partner link containing a referral reference. If you never use such a link, it is never created. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data for boatnow.gr in your browser.
Third-party services that receive a request when you use the site
Some parts of the site load content from other providers. As at the date above, none of them set cookies on boatnow.gr:
- OpenStreetMap / CARTO basemaps — map tiles used in the Halkidiki area map and the live weather map. Receives your IP address and the map tiles requested.
- Open-Meteo — wind, wave and weather forecasts. Receives your IP address and the coordinates requested.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and protection for boatnow.gr.
- Stripe — payments. Stripe is only involved when you proceed to pay. Payment pages are hosted on Stripe's own domain, and any Stripe cookies are set there, not on boatnow.gr.
Website fonts are served from boatnow.gr itself. We do not load fonts, scripts or stylesheets from Google's servers.
Managing cookies and storage
Because we currently set no analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing non-essential to switch off through a consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items above will prevent sign-in and parts of the site from working.
