- Do I need a boating license?
- Boats in the “Be the Captain (Rent a Boat)” category can be rented without a license. All other categories are operated by a professional captain.
- How do I pay?
- You pay securely online at booking through Stripe. Your card is charged when the booking is confirmed.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Free cancellation up to and including 12 hours before departure. Later cancellations are refunded according to the cancellation policy of the listing you booked, which is always shown before you pay and on your booking. Suppliers can never cancel directly: an unsafe-weather cancellation is always reviewed by Boat Now.
- Δωρεάν ακύρωση έως και 12 ώρες πριν από την αναχώρηση. Οι μεταγενέστερες ακυρώσεις επιστρέφονται σύμφωνα με την πολιτική ακύρωσης της καταχώρησης που κλείσατε, η οποία εμφανίζεται πριν την πληρωμή και στην κράτησή σας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν μπορεί ποτέ να ακυρώσει απευθείας: κάθε ακύρωση λόγω καιρού εξετάζεται από το Boat Now.
- Is fuel included?
- Fuel policy varies by boat and experience. Before booking, you will clearly see whether fuel is included in the listed price or charged separately.
- Η πολιτική καυσίμων διαφέρει ανά σκάφος και εμπειρία. Πριν την κράτηση θα βλέπετε ξεκάθαρα αν τα καύσιμα περιλαμβάνονται στην αναγραφόμενη τιμή ή χρεώνονται ξεχωριστά.
- What if the weather is bad?
- If the port authority prohibits sailing, your booking is fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra cost.
