Do I need a boating license?: Boats in the “Be the captain” category can be rented without a license. All other categories are operated by a professional captain.
How do I pay?: You pay securely online at booking through Stripe. Your card is charged when the booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel my booking?: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. As an additional Boat Now benefit, we allow you to cancel directly through your account until 12 hours before departure. For cancellations less than 12 hours before departure, you must contact Boat Now and the request will be reviewed individually.; Μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε δωρεάν την κράτησή σας έως και 24 ώρες πριν από την προγραμματισμένη αναχώρηση. Ως επιπλέον παροχή του Boat Now, σας δίνουμε τη δυνατότητα να πραγματοποιήσετε ακύρωση απευθείας από τον λογαριασμό σας έως και 12 ώρες πριν από την αναχώρηση. Is fuel included?: Fuel policy varies by boat and experience. What if the weather is bad?: If the port authority prohibits sailing, your booking is fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra cost.
